She began her educational journey by completing B.Sc from Bombay University and B.Ed from Annamalai University. She later earned an M.A. from Madurai Kamaraj University and an HSM (Honors in System Management) from NIIT. She is also accredited by CAEL (Certificate of Advanced Educational Leadership) from Harvard University, USA. Lakshmi Annapurna Chintaluri continues to grow and learn with every opportunity.
Initially, she worked as a teacher for CBSE & ICSE boards. Being a person of indestructible grit and a burning passion for excellence, she climbed the rungs. She progressively took on titles like Supervisor, HOD, Vice-Principal, Principal, and Independent Consultant for schools in India and abroad.
Her expertise lies in training teachers in every aspect of teaching and learning. In the last 5 years, she has trained over 10000 teachers and 5000 Principals and Headmasters in India. She takes great pride in transforming schools by setting up systems and processes, standardizing procedures as per SQAA – School Quality Assessment & Assurance of CBSE, setting up infrastructure, curriculum development, implementing and analyzing assessment data, developing strategies to enhance the interests of institutions with stakeholders, mapping teacher competencies, performance management, and counseling students and parents.

Mrs. Annapurna is consistent in shaping the future of young minds and being a member of iEARN (International Education and Research Network), she works across borders with teachers, schools, and students and addresses various education concerns, and works towards exposing children to global issues through various pedagogies.
