Participated in an online discussion forum “Ensuring Success for All: Tools and Practices for Inclusive Schools” an online program from Harvard University – Harvard Graduate School of Education - October 2016, gaining insights into the practices of inclusion in the K- 12 sector across the world.
Participated in the Confederation of Indian Industry’s Excellence in School Mission – “School Leadership in the 21st Century”, conducted by National Institute of Education,Singapore, at Singapore from 20th to 24th March, 2017 to study the Singapore model of Education along with visits to schools run by the Ministry of Education, Singapore.
Conducted professional development to the teachers of schools across India with the focus on 21st century skills and moving from teacher led, teacher centric didactic approach of teaching to a student led, student centric constructivist approach. In the last five years, she has trained over 10,000 teachers and 3000 Principals along with Headmasters of Government Schools in India, mainly in the State of Telangana

Have been invited by Telangana Government’s SCERT which is the state wing of NCERT to develop one of the modules for the National Centre for School Leadership’s Curriculum Framework based on the National Educational Policy released recently.
Successfully conducted a conference - Core Skills For All - Access And Engagement For Children With Dyslexia in the school to spread the awareness about Dyslexia, attended by the Special Educators of 25 schools in October 2015.
Team member of the Lighthouse Project for the Country – Chile, initiated by KHDA and was responsible for research about the Focus on teachers in Chile and presented the Education Policy of Chile at the What Works in February, 2016.
Participated in the Round Table Conference on discussions about Collaborative Ecosystem, Technology Enablement, Science Technology Engineering Arts Mathematics (STEAM) and Innovations at the World Education Summit, 2016.
Successfully worked towards school transformation by setting up systems, structures, infrastructure, attachment with CIE, accreditation for High School Diploma and helped the school grow from 400 students to 1500 students in 3 years.
Successfully trained students to appear for the IGCSE examinations in ICT (126 students with 24 A* and 38 A grades and was appointed Examination Supervisor of the IGCSE – ICT Practical examinations from 2005.
Successfully counseled students and helped students for their university admissions in Pakistan, Turkey, Jordan, Bahrain, USA & Canada.
Successfully set up the school in Bahrain with infrastructure development, interacting and getting the permission from the Ministry of Education by preparing the necessary documents, getting the school attached to CIE, training the teachers to be able to take the CIE syllabus across the school and finally training and conducting the IGCSE, “O” Level and “A” Level examinations as an Examinations supervisor
Facilitated a project #Decarbonize: Decolonize – initiated by the Centre for Global Education, Edmonton, Canada, involving school students (Under 18 yrs)– UN Climate Change Conference at Bonn, Germany in November 2017, Katowice, Poland in December 2018 and continuing the project in Madrid, Spain in 2019 and Glasgow in 2021.
Facilitated a project for “Cities and Climate Change Conference” initiated by the Centre for Global Education, Edmonton, Canada at the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change conference held at Edmonton, Canada in March 2018 with the students of The Shri Ram School, Moulsari, Gurgoan.
